      Hello Germantis, Welcome to the Forum. I'm glad you wrote this post. Yes, you should stop your practice. If your symptoms became worse you did it incorrectly. I really don't understand your statements about Horse Stance so perhaps it is your English.

      However, not to worry, simply forget about practicing Horse Stance until you relieve your chest heaviness and shortness of breath problems. This should obviously be your first priority. The good news is that there are plenty of Shaolin Wahnam Instructors in Europe that you can learn from.

      Simply contact one and make arrangements to learn. Whatever effort it requires from you to learn from an Instructor will be worth many times more.       Horse stance But If all things were equal who will stand longer in horse stance- that who tesnes his muscles or that who is completely relaxed? I can manage to stand longer while tensing but about twice less when relaxed.

      What is Spiritual Qigong?

      So, I dont understand what is correct relaxation in horse stance. Probably I'm relaxing incorrectly? When I relax I feel my legs as falling deep into the ground feeling grounded and my tight muscles become very tensed. But when I try relax my tights I loose this grounding sensation and automatically muscles at my tight inner side become tense.

      I would be thankfull for some help.

      Hello Germantas, We are rehashing the ground already covered in your earlier post. You are illustrating an important point. That is, the subtleties of training Internal Arts are very important and cannot be easily learnt via the Internet unless, in some cases, if one is already experienced and skilled. Personally, I wouldn't be able to advise you anything different than find a good teacher and train according to how he or she teaches you especially considering that you weren't able to practice Lifting the Sky properly.

      I get regular emails and calls from people who do practice Lifting the Sky properly after reading my book and following the instructions so it is possible. However, my instructions are no different than my Sifu's so the difference is in the ability to follow instructions. None of the readers contacted me to discuss the instructions, they simply followed them. Also, I can't give you much more advice when you provide no information about yourself.

      No one knows how old you are as one example. I personally cannot give any detailed advice if I know nothing about the questioner. I think it is noble of you to want to learn profound Arts but you must be willing to heed good advice.
